Hello, I'm Andy Bagley and Real-Improvement is my business.

I've been a consultant more than 20 years, working mainly with public service providers including local authorities, housing organisations and the voluntary sector. My expertise includes performance management and measurement, organisational models such as the Balanced Scorecard and EFQM Excellence Model, and evaluation methods including Social Return on Investment (SROI).
